Hawaiian Kona Fancy is considered to be one of the world's most premier coffees. Its clean, crisp flavour and smooth aftertaste is a product of being grown in the rich volcanic soils of Hawaii. This product is 100% unblended Hawaiian Kona Fancy Coffee. We recommend roasting Hawaiian Kona just to second crack, or a little before. Roasting it too dark will eliminate the desired bright notes, and replace the smooth aftertaste with a more bitter flavour.
