There is a reason Colombian coffee has become synonymous with excellent coffee. This particular Colombian is named Flor de Mi Tierra and stands far above the bar of excellence set by the FNC. This coffee has all the classic characteristics of the Colombian, but the caramelly chocolate nuances stand out around the pleasant body and acidic overtones. A definite favourite and a staple in our brewer at the office. We recommend leaving this as a single origin while roasting, and pulling it as you hear the second crack.
