A balanced blend of Brazil, Costa Rica, Guatemala and Colombia bring out a sharp flavour without the overly bitter aftertaste, and a beautiful tiger crema. Please don't over roast this! It is a common misconception that espresso needs to be roasted dark, and have bitter and charred flavour notes. Try this just past second crack, and be sure to let it sit for a few hours between roast and pull.
