There is a reason Colombian coffee has become synonymous with excellent coffee. This particular Colombian is named Flor de Mi Tierra and stands far above the bar of excellence set by the FNC. This coffee has all the classic characteristics of the Colombian, but the caramelly chocolate nuances stand out around the pleasant body and acidic overtones. A definite favourite and a staple in our brewer at the office.
We recommend leaving this as a single origin while roasting, and pulling it as you hear the second crack.

Coffee lovers, time to get a little nutty. This bean is low on the acidity scale, beautifully bright and has my favourite nutty tones of all our coffees.
For all you light roast lovers, this is the bean for you. Roast just a little past first crack to bring out the true brightness of the cup.

Welcome to crema country! You can now enjoy our refined, beloved espresso blend, roasted in the comfort of your own home. A balanced blend of Brazil, Costa Rica, Guatemala and Colombia bring out a sharp flavour without the overly bitter aftertaste, and a beautiful tiger crema.
Please don't over roast this! It is a common misconception that espresso needs to be roasted dark, and have bitter and charred flavour notes. Try this just past second crack, and be sure to let it sit for a few hours between roast and pull.

Grown by by the indingenous people of Guatemala in the highlands near Atitlan on lands recovered through agrarian reform since 1998. This coffee is grown using only organic principles and produces one of the most aromatic and sweet cups known to Guatemala.
